My prefab won't spawn in the correct location.

My prefab won't spawn in the correct location.

I made a video: I basically have 2 models for my door, one that’s broken and one that’s not. I want the broken one to spawn when it touches the player (the red cube) which works but the broken prefab seems to spawn a bit higher up, and i’m not sure how i can offset it down in the y axis.
