Have you had pain here before? This is how I would diagnose this problem: So on palpation this pain was on the lateral boarder of the extensor digitorum Longus 👍 I tested this on the indicator muscle (I don’t like the manual muscle test for this I don’t get a good reading or feel). Then I tested the agonist muscle flexor digitorum Longus then tested some functional opposites and kinetic chain relationships 🙌 I found the extensor digitorum Longus compensating and the flexor digitorum Longus and
