Same poses. Different bodies. @arianasperanza practicing next to me is one of my 300 Hour YTT graduates. She’s dedicated, disciplined, and has worked hard both as a dancer and a yoga practitioner to develop the strength and range you see here. I’ve practiced yoga for over 30 years. My body has also worked hard- through spinal stenosis, chronic back pain and spine surgery. Because of my spine, some shapes will never look the way they once did, or the way they do in another body. This post isn’t a
