Turns out Java can do serverless right — with GraalVM and Spring, cold starts are tamed and performance finally heats up.

I have a feeling it's because the compilers I have installed are through MSYS2 and not any specific Microsoft Windows compilers. Is there any way to overwrite this? To Reproduce Install ...
