The Orange County School Board has released its plans to fill the District 4 seat left vacant by Chelsea Quintern’s resignation this past March.

MOUNT PLEASANT — Part of County Trunk Highway C (Spring Street) will close Oct. 1 through Nov. 15 for ongoing residential developments, the Racine County Highway Department announced Tuesday.
