The results of this study revealed that implementation of a vancomycin nomogram into a CPOE system was associated with an increased percentage of patients with an initial optimal vancomycin regimen.

Nomograms have a strong reputation as reliable predictive models that simplify statistical prediction models and guide personalized treatment to formulate preventive measures for various diseases.
