Local musical groups to highlight tree-lighting ceremony Dec. 10 at Orange Village Hall

Orange will hold its first Light Up Orange for the Holidays event from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 10 behind Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road.
